  • Introduction to Mindfulness - In this 30 to 90-minute program, appropriate for both beginners and more advanced practitioners, we will explore the background and method of mindfulness meditation—including the fundamental understanding and attitude that will help you establish a lasting and meaningful practice.
  • Foundations of Mindfulness - This course, developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, explores key mindfulness themes and practices to support participants personally, in everyday life and work. Over the course of three weekly sessions, participants will explore and cultivate the skills, mindset, and potential of these practices.
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) - MBSR is an effective, scientifically researched method for reducing physical and psychological suffering while building resilience, balance and peace of mind.
